BAR Celebration Box — Complete BAR Collectives Tasting Set, Idukki & Mangalore (8 x 8g Mini Bars)

The BAR Celebration Box is a tasting set of eight 8g mini bars — one from each product in the BAR Collectives range, made by BAR (Baker's Artisanal Recipes). It runs from a 38% milk chocolate to a 99.5% pure cacao bar, with two Indian origins represented throughout: Idukki in Kerala and Mangalore in Karnataka.

The eight bars in the box:

1. Milk 38% — Mangalore, Karnataka. Smooth and lightly sweet, made with milk solids and Mangalore cacao.
2. Darkish 50% — Mangalore, Karnataka. Medium-dark, cocoa-forward with earthy notes and a smooth finish.
3. Dark 60% — Idukki, Kerala. Rich and velvety with subtle nutty undertones.
4. Khari Singh 60% — Mangalore, Karnataka. Dark chocolate with salted peanuts, modelled on the Gujarati khari biscuit — sweet, salty, crunchy.
5. Filter Coffee 70% — Idukki, Kerala. 70% dark blended with roasted coffee and chicory. Strong coffee character.
6. Darker 70% — Idukki, Kerala. Straightforward intense dark with balanced bitterness and minimal sweetness.
7. Seriously Dark 90% — Idukki, Kerala. Deep cocoa with a long, complex finish. Minimal sugar.
8. Darkest 99.5% — Mangalore, Karnataka. Pure cacao, no added sugar. Earthy, raw, uncompromising.

Contains milk (Milk 38% bar) and peanuts (Khari Singh 60% bar). Not suitable for people with milk or peanut allergies. The Milk 38% bar may also contain traces of tree nuts.

Pricing drops at volume: Rs. 310 for a single box, down to Rs. 195 per box at 500 units. The box is widely used for corporate gifting and event favours. Custom branding is available via WhatsApp. Box design and colours may vary.
